Medecins Sans Frontieres is one of those organisations that really deserve your help. They provide treatment, medicine and specialist help wherever it is most needed, often at tremendous personal risks and in conditions that stretch its brave volunteers to the limit (mentally and physically) as they face the horrors of war and disaster. They provide medical aid wherever it is needed to whoever needs it, regardless of race, religion, politics or sex.
